The CCX3‑1 (CCX) series busway is suitable for three‑phase four‑wire and three‑phase five‑wire AC power distribution systems with frequencies of 50–60 Hz, rated voltages up to 690 V, and rated currents ranging from 100 to 6,300 A. As a cost‑effective, high‑performance power distribution solution for industrial plants, hospitals, shopping malls, high‑rise buildings, or high‑tech environments, it enables efficient power distribution while helping you strike an optimal balance between performance and cost.  

Structural features

1. Compact size and high flexibility

The compact “sandwich” structure both saves space and delivers excellent voltage‑drop performance. Various functional units can be deployed in any configuration.
Adjustable angles and heights; can be installed in mezzanines, along walls, or in any architectural space.

II. Convenient and Quick Connection

1. The conical insulating plate enhances mechanical strength, while the molded housing ensures pressure resistance and prevents edge warping.

2. Large‑size bowl‑shaped manganese steel washers ensure uniform contact surface pressure.

3. A standard “19” wrench is sufficient to tighten the double-ended single-bolt assembly with the red indicator mark; once the indicator mark falls off naturally, the connection joint can be deemed properly tightened without the need for any additional testing tools.

4. Bolts can be reused during maintenance.

5. The joint is adjustable up to 16 mm.

III. All-Aluminum Housing

1. The busbar trunking system uses a lightweight, injection-molded, fully enclosed aluminum alloy profile as its enclosure; its unique design eliminates the need to consider optimal installation locations or any derating factors.

2. The all-aluminum housing, after being coated by spraying, can withstand a 1,000-hour salt spray test.

3. The all-aluminum enclosure offers excellent corrosion resistance, heat dissipation, and electrical conductivity; the entire enclosure provides 50% of the required grounding capacity.
 

IV. High-Quality Conductive and Insulating Materials

1. The busbar trunking system employs high-quality tin‑plated or silver‑plated copper and aluminum busbars as conductive materials, with the outer surfaces of the busbars provided with excellent corrosion‑resistant protection.

2. The busbar is entirely wrapped with Class B (130°C) thermally formed polyester film insulation, significantly enhancing the busbar’s dielectric strength and impact resistance.

3. Uses environmentally friendly insulating materials and has passed SGS’s six‑item physical‑property tests compliant with RoHS requirements, as well as UL certification.

V. Structure of the Junction Box

1. The operating handle of the plug-in switchgear can be mounted on the front or side of the enclosure, with more precise open/close indicators provided.

2. The padlock mechanism is used to prevent the plug-in box from being inadvertently closed and to deter unauthorized access to electrical power.

3. The fuse‑equipped plug‑in box is equipped with a dedicated fuse‑pulling tool.

4. The molded cover on the socket prevents fingers from inadvertently contacting live conductive parts.

5. Internal grounding and enclosure grounding shall be implemented using dedicated contacts.
